First represented GB&NI in 2013, most recently December 2023. World and European 24hr bronze individual medallist, team gold in 2015, British 24hr record 277.4km in 2023. Part of GB&NI 24hr team management, UKAD Educator & 100k team manager for England Athletics. UKA Coach with MSc in Performance Coaching and PgDip Sports Nutrition from the IOC.
My favourite thing about athletics:
The highs and the lows. It’s very rare to meet an athlete who hasn’t had difficult times, but they help us grow stronger over time and make the good times that much better when they come.
