About Me:
More than an athlete, my Olympic journey and NLP certification became the foundation for my professional speaking career to inspire the practice of high performance resilience. Career highlights include becoming European, World, Commonwealth and Olympic Games Finalist; and multiple British Champion who represented British and England teams from 2006-2022.
My favourite thing about athletics:
Jumping into a sand pit! Simple, frustrating, but so much fun when you fly far! I also love the people and travel, having been blessed to develop friendships globally with athletes and players, coaches and our support teams whilst living, training and competing around the world.
